While our bracelets are made with an adjustable knot that allows you to tighten or loosen the bracelet to fit your wrist comfortably, we still offer two sizes. Small/Medium is sized for the typical 5-7 inch wrist. If the person you are buying for has larger than a 7-inch wrist, you may want to consider our Large/X-Large size.
